Counselling
Family AND Community Counselling SERVICE
Provides relationship counselling to individuals, couples and families with a focus on family and relationship issues.
Counselling Intervention Service
Provides counselling and support for families, children and young people, including household management and family therapy.
Gambling Help Service
Provides counselling and support services for people with program gambling behaviours, their partners, families and friends. After hours and telephone counselling are available. Community Education Programs about problem and responsible gambling are available for groups, community organisations, schools or businesses.
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Provides short term counselling, professional development, corporate coaching, and mediation services to organisations and their employees.
FINANCIAL RESILIENCE SERVICE
Provides strategies for addressing financial and credit issues, assist people to improve their knowledge and skills of money management and support them to develop positive and sustainable financial behaviours, building financial resilience
Family Support Services
FAMILY INTERVENTION SERVICE
(Townsville, Mount Isa, Normanton, Outreach to Burdekin, Palm Island, Cloncurry)
Supports families to address ongoing child protection issues which have impacted on their ability to meet their children's care and protective needs.
BRIDGE PROGRAM - SPECIALISED SUPPORT SERVICE FOR FAMILIES
Provides family support to children, young people and their families.
REGIONAL INTEGRATED AREA FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICE
(Mount Isa, Outreach to Normanton, Cloncurry)
Provides a counselling and support service for individuals, families, young people and children.
Mediation and Family Dispute Resolution
Regional Dispute Resolution Service
Provides information, support, counselling, and mediation for individuals, couples and children experiencing difficulties or seeking to make decisions regarding separation or divorce.
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Provides a range of counselling, educative and support services to organisations and their employees. Services include: counselling, educational workshops/training, mediation, corporate coaching, professional supervision and Critical Incident Response.

Provides supported accommodation in a homelike environment to adults with an intellectual and/or physical disability.
Housing and Homelessness
HOMESTAY
Program’s aims are early intervention and prevention of homelessness by providing support, information, referral advice and case management to families and individuals who are at risk of homelessness in Mt Isa.
HOMELESSNESS - CRISIS ACCOMMODATION
Provides short term crisis accommodation and a range of supports to enable families to secure long term accommodation and improve their ability to provide a stable home life.
Youth Support Services
Reconnect
Assists young people aged 12 to 18 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Reconnect assists young people to become more involved with their family, work education, training, and the community through mediation, counselling and practical support for the whole family.
Community Engagement and Support Services
HIPPY
The Home Interaction Program for Parents and Youngsters (HIPPY) is a two-year home-based parenting and early childhood enrichment program targeting families with young children.
COMMUNITIES FOR CHILDREN INITIATIVE
An initiative to support healthy young families, including early learning and care, and the provision of community education programs and activities such as playgroups.
